All the folders are organized based on different levels. These are:
Level 1: The top-level folder. You would name it “Marketing Department,”
Level 2: The sub level folder. You will include a wide range of categories here including; teams, people, projects, marketing collateral, analytics, etc.
Level 3: Same as above, but here you will add more specific content to each of the above mentioned assets. This level is completely optional, it depends upon you if you want to make any more folders.
Level 4: If you want to track your campaigns on a monthly basis, consider adding folders for reporting files by the month or year they were created.
Level 5: Individual files.
